What to include
Send your project link, deployment job or operation ID, the error shown and what you expected. Never send a password, API key, verification link or environment secrets. Build logs can contain application data; remove private information before emailing them.
Connection says 401?
Sign in to Shipvela, then authenticate the MCP connection in your assistant. A directory account and a Shipvela account are separate. If you revoked access or the connection expired, reconnect with OAuth. A directory’s health monitor also needs its own authorized test connection.
Assistant setup guides ↗A deployment needs attention?
Open its project and inspect the exact job and build logs. If a provider response was uncertain, check the original operation before starting another publish. Your live website may continue serving a previous successful deployment.
Billing and data requests
Manage your plan and cancellation through Billing. For account access, correction or deletion, contact us from your account email; we may ask you to verify ownership.
