Your account and code

Use an account you control, keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You retain ownership of your code and content. By publishing, you authorize Shipvela and its hosting providers to process and serve the files needed to operate your website. You must have the right to publish that content and connect the repositories and domains you select.

Publishing and acceptable use

Published files are public. Do not upload private credentials or personal information intended to remain confidential. Do not use Shipvela for phishing, malware, unlawful content, infringement, abuse or attempts to compromise other services. We may restrict an abusive project or an account when needed to protect the service and other users. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Assistant tools act within the permissions you approve. Publishing may replace a live website and consumes your plan allowance. A queued request does not guarantee a successful deployment. Keep a copy of your source code and check the final deployment status.

Plans, limits and billing

The features, allowances and prices shown when you choose a plan govern that subscription. Hobby is free; paid subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Manage cancellation and payment details through Shipvela Billing. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period preserves the remaining paid access until that period ends, subject to account and service restrictions.

Publishing and hosting limits apply across the dashboard, CLI and integrations. A plan limit can prevent a new project or publish. Operational usage estimates are incomplete observations; they are not an invoice, a credit balance or a guarantee of future charges. Contact support for billing questions or a disputed charge. Any plan purchase or change requires a separate billing checkout; an assistant connection cannot purchase or change your plan.

Service scope and third parties

Shipvela currently supports static website output and supported GitHub-based Next.js hosting. It does not provision arbitrary databases or long-running backend processes. GitHub, AWS, Stripe and any services you connect operate under their own terms. Availability can be affected by those providers, unsupported builds, DNS propagation or certificate provisioning. No uptime or delivery-time guarantee is included unless separately agreed.

Connections, privacy and support

You can revoke assistant connections in Settings and external access in the provider’s account settings. Revocation stops future authorized operations; an already accepted deployment may finish.
